Kim is a lawyer who practices primarily in the area of family law. Her practice is client focused with a goal to find a practical and long term resolution to your family law needs. Kim works with clients at all stages, including preparation of prenuptial or cohabitation agreements and also dealing with issues arising from separation, including custody and parenting matters, child and spousal support, property division and divorce. Kim’s goal is to work with clients to find efficient and economical solutions.

Kim has training in Collaborative practice and can offer clients various options to determine a process that is best suited to their needs. Her goal is not to find quick “band aid” solutions, but to work with families as they transition in their relationship to meet their long term needs.

While Kim’s practice is focused on family law, she is a Partner in a full service law firm that has a strong focus on tax and corporate planning. The firm approach on files is collaborative to ensure all of the client’s needs are covered.
